These terms govern your use of Arctoga. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Arctoga is a tool for tracking personal and family finances. It scans receipts, reads bank statements you upload, categorizes spending, and shows you analytics, reminders and budgets. It is a bookkeeping and awareness tool β not a bank, and not a financial or tax advisor.
When using Arctoga, you agree not to:
Prices may change; we will give notice before any change affects you.
Arctoga uses AI to read receipts and statements. AI is powerful but not perfect β it can misread an amount, a date, or a category. You are responsible for reviewing the data before relying on it, especially anything used for taxes. Arctoga does not provide financial, accounting or tax advice, and its output is not a substitute for a professional.
Your financial data is yours. We only process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
We work hard to keep Arctoga running, but the service is provided βas isβ, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.
To the extent permitted by law, Arctoga is not liable for financial decisions you make based on the app, for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party providers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Arctoga and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or puts other users or the service at risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
We may update these terms as the product changes. For material changes we will notify you by email, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
